    YOGA NIDRA IS A NURTURING PRACTICE FOR THE BODY, MIND AND SOUL.

    YOGA NIDRA IS AN EXPANDED SAVASANA AND REQUIRES NO EXPERIENCE.

    DRESS COMFORTABLY AND BRING A PILLOW IF YOU LIKE.  THIS IS A
    RECLINED MEDITATION.

    
    PRIVATE SESSIONS ARE AVAILABLE IN YOUR HOME OR THE STUDIO.
    THE COST IS $60 PER HOUR.  PRIVATE CHAIR YOGA IS ALSO AVAILABLE.



    Amrit Yoga enhances your ability to live your life fully, spontaneously, and effortlessly.  This practical method facilitates your ability to live in complete harmony with what you are experiencing moment to moment, and foster the resolution of life's varied challenges.  The Integrative Amrit Methods are a means to integrate action and non-action.  Through deliberate action in time and space one moves into a presence where all doing disappears, where the doer and the action become one.  From this state of unity  - this state of authentic yoga - life becomes an effortless flow. 


    Each class begins with centering, includes breathing exercises and Asanas
